1. This online price is valid from 1 August - 31 October 2026.
2. Redemption period: 1 August - 30 November 2026.
3. Appointments are available Monday to Friday (2pm - 4pm) only.
4. Applicable to women aged 40 years old and above with NO history/existing diagnosis of breast cancer
5. Redemption is available at Beacon Hospital (Petaling Jaya) only.
6. Any purchased packages not redeemed within this stated validity period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
9. The report will be ready within 10 working days from the screening date; An original price will be imposed for the request of a same-day report
10. Applicable for self-pay customers only.
11. This online price includes mammogram, radiologist's reporting, and hospital registration fee.
12. It excludes CD, mammography film, follow-up consultation and other additional tests/medications/procedures (if any).
13. If a supplementary breast ultrasound is required, it will be offered at a special rate of RM149. The ultrasound report will be ready within 4 working days from the screening date. Requests for a same-day report will be subject to the original selling price.
