Redemption Process



 

Redemption of product.

    • Book your appointment by contacting Health Screening Centre at 03-77872828 / 018-3781513 / 011-10990511 or email us at healthscreening.team@beaconhospital.com.my .
    • Beacon Hospital team will be contacting buyer in 1-3 workings days for an appointment after an successful online purchase of health screening product.
    • Please make your appointment date at least 5 working days in advance.
    • Kindly provide the following details for appointment purposes. (Name, IC, Contact, Health Screening Date, Purchase Order ID) Appointment under different name of purchaser must be highlighted prior to making the appointment.
    • Proof of purchase must be presented during appointment and at the registration counter. 
    • Additional charge applicable if any additional test/procedure advised by doctor.
    • Validity of the purchased product will be based on individual product as stated.
    • Preparations and instructions for health screening will be advised prior to the appointment. You may click here for the instructions.
    • If you would like to get your official receipt copy, kindly approach to cashier/payment counter on your health screening day at health screening centre.
