HOW TO REDEEM HEALTH SCREENING PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED ONLINE

Book your appointment by contacting Beacon Health Screening Centre at 03-77872828 / 010-2163126 or emailing us at 

shop.beaconhealthscreening@beaconhospital.com.my.
    Our team will usually contact buyers within 1-3 working days for an appointment after a successful online purchase of health screening product(s) is received.

    Kindly provide the following details for appointment purposes:
    1. Name
    2. NRIC Number
    3. Contact Details
    4. Health Screening Date
    5. Purchase Order ID

    Important Notes

    • Please make your appointment at least 5 working days in advance.
    • Any appointment made under a different name from the purchaser must be highlighted while arranging your appointment.
    • Proof of purchase must be presented on the day of appointment and at the registration counter. 
    • Additional charges may apply should there be any additional test or procedure advised by the doctor.
    • Validity period of the purchased product differs based on the respective product as stated in the terms and conditions of each individual product. 
    • Preparations and instructions for health screening will be advised prior to your appointment. You may also click here for some common instructions.
    • If you would like to get a copy of your official receipt, kindly approach the cashier/payment counter on your health screening day at our health screening centre.
