1. 1. This campaign is organised and managed by Beacon Health Screening Centre (the "Organiser") and runs from 1 October to 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive.
      
   2. Package redemption period is from 1 October to 30 November 2026 (both dates inclusive). Any package not redeemed within this validity period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
   3. The complimentary gifts are applicable to online purchases only. The complimentary gift is based on the total transaction amount stated on a single receipt. Only ONE complimentary gift is eligible per receipt.
   4. The total transaction amount must include at least ONE eligible package. Additional items in the same receipt will also be included in the total transaction amount, before any applicable SST or additional fees, as follows:
      
      • Orders with a total transaction amount of RM800 to RM1,299 qualify for the DESSINI ITALY Electric Kettle,
      • Orders with a total transaction amount of RM1,300 and above qualify for the DESSINI ITALY Air Fryer.

   6. The complimentary gifts are subject to stock availability. The colour and design of the gift provided may vary and will be determined by the available stock at the time of fulfilment. No specific colour or design can be guaranteed.
   7. The complimentary gift is strictly tied to the eligible order and campaign under which it was purchased. It cannot be transferred to another order, redeemed for a previous or future campaign, or claimed retrospectively if the order was not eligible at the time of purchase.
   8. The complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
   9. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
   10. Official receipt will be issued upon completion of screening. Requests for an earlier issue of the official receipt will not be entertained.
   11. The New Subscriber Reward voucher cannot be used in conjunction with this campaign or to purchase any eligible package under this campaign.
   12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate the campaign, or revise these Terms and Conditions, where necessary, without prior notice.
   13. All decisions on gift entitlement are final and subject to these Terms and Conditions. No exceptions or claims arising from failure to read, understand or comply with these Terms and Conditions will be entertained.
