All purchases made through the Beacon Hospital online store are subject to the Terms & Conditions published on this website.

By completing payment, customers acknowledge and agree to the package selected, applicable pricing, promotional mechanics, validity period, and accompanying terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

Package Redemption & Appointment Booking

Customers are encouraged to book appointments at least five (5) working days in advance and must present proof of purchase during registration.

Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Requests
All purchases are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the applicable package, promotion, or campaign terms and conditions.

Beacon Hospital may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider requests for cancellation, exchange, transfer, or refund on a case-by-case basis. The submission of a request does not constitute approval, and Beacon Hospital shall have no obligation to approve any such request.

New Subscriber Reward
Customers who subscribe to the Beacon Hospital Health Screening Centre E-Shop newsletter will receive a one-time RM50 OFF voucher code, subject to the following terms:

• The voucher is available to new E-Shop newsletter subscribers only. "New subscribers" refer to customers who successfully opt in to receive Beacon Hospital Health Screening Centre E-Shop marketing emails on or after 15 July 2026.
