    1. This campaign is organized and managed by Beacon Health Screening Centre (also named as ‘the Organiser’) and will run from July 2026 till September 2026, all dates inclusive.
    2. The campaign only applies for the purchase of promotional packages within the offer period stated in Clause 1.
    3. Health screening redemption has to be made within certain period from the purchase date & available at Beacon Hospital (Petaling Jaya) only.

      		 6 Jul 2026 - 31 Aug 2026 (Monday - Friday).
    4. Any package not redeemed within this validity period is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    5. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
    6. Official receipt will be issued upon completion of screening. Requests for an earlier issue of the official receipt will not be entertained.
    7. The organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
