Customers are encouraged to book appointments at least five (5) working days in advance and must present proof of purchase during registration.
Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Requests
All purchases are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the applicable package, promotion, or campaign terms and conditions.
Beacon Hospital may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider requests for cancellation, exchange, transfer, or refund on a case-by-case basis. The submission of a request does not constitute approval, and Beacon Hospital shall have no obligation to approve any such request.
