2. Redemption period: Within 3 months from the purchase date.
   
3. Test redemption is available exclusively at Beacon Hospital (Petaling Jaya).
   
4. Valid only for online purchases and applies to 1 person/package price.

6. Any purchased packages not redeemed within this stated validity period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
8. Official receipt will be issued upon completion of screening.
