1. This campaign is organized and managed by Beacon Health Screening Centre (also named as ‘the Organiser’) and will run from 1 May 2025 till 30 June 2025, both dates inclusive.
2. The campaign only applies for the purchase of ANY iCancer, iHeart, iEssential, or iAdvanced Wellness Care package within the offer period stated in Clause 1.
3. The complimentary foldable mattress, if entitled, will be automatically applied to your order upon meeting the offer requirements, and it will only be visible on your cart page and checkout page.
4. The foldable mattress's distribution is subject to stock availability.
5. Health screening redemption has to be made within 1 month from the purchase date.  Any purchased service not redeemed within this stated validity period is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. This campaign is exclusively for online purchases and cannot be combined with other promotions (World Health Day campaign).
7. The organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
