Terms & Conditions

1. This online price is valid until 31/12/2026 (Applicable to online purchases only).
2. Redemption period: 3 months from the purchase date.
3. Appointments are available from Mondays to Saturday, 8.30AM to 11AM only. Click here for the redemption steps.
4. The result will be ready within 30 working days.
5. Any purchased packages not redeemed within this stated validity period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
   
6. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
7. Tests that are not conducted due to patient or clinical factors, are not refundable, exchangeable or transferrable.
8. Official receipt will be issued upon completion of screening.
9. This online price includes hospital registration fee, MO consultation fee, and multi-cancer early detection test.
10. This online price excludes specialist consultation and other additional tests/ medications/ procedures (if any)
11. If you have any of the following medical conditions, please seek our advice before purchase:
    • Have been diagnosed with cancer* within the last 5 years (*Any cancer type)
    • Have suspected signs and symptoms of cancer (please speak to a doctor if you are unsure whether the symptoms you are experienced raises red flags)
    • Have breast/thyroid lesions with BI-RADS/TI-RADS ≥ 5
    • Have lung/liver lesions with LUNG-RADS/LI-RADS ≥ 4
    • Have polyps ≥ 1 cm or warts/ulcers suspected of malignancy through digestive endoscopy
    • Pregnant
    • Have a history of bone marrow transplant or whole blood transfusion (within 3 months)
      
12. Contraindication: 

• Stress test: History of Knee/Spine issue, fitness level to run on the treadmill.
• CT calcium score: Past history with angioplasty/heart stent.
• Pap Smear: 
  • This test is not recommended for individuals who have never had sexual intercourse.
  • If you're not sexually active, your risk is lower compared to those who are.
  • The procedure may be uncomfortable.
