1. The complimentary test is only applicable to selected campaigns during the promotional period.
2. Package redemption is available exclusively at Beacon Hospital (Petaling Jaya).
3. Recommended for all women aged 18 and above.
   
4. Valid only for online purchases and applies to 1 person/package price.
5. Any purchased packages not redeemed within this stated validity period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
8. Official receipt will be issued upon your physical visit.
9. If you have any of the following medical conditions, please seek our advice before purchase:

• Have jaundice
• Have ascites (fluid build-up in abdomen)
• Have acute liver injury
• Have heart failure leading to fluid accumulation
• Have a history of liver surgery

10. This online price includes hospital registration fee, MO consultation fee, and Liver Elastography and report. It excludes specialist consultation and other additional tests/ medications/ procedures (if any).
11. The complimentary test must be redeemed together with the purchased package and within the stated redemption period.
12. The stated complimentary value is based on the Organiser’s prevailing published rate and is for reference purposes only.
13. Tests that are not conducted due to patient or clinical factors, are not refundable, exchangeable or transferrable.
14. No partial redemption, refund, or price adjustment will be provided if the complimentary test is not utilised.
