7. The stated complimentary value is based on the Organiser’s prevailing published rate and is for reference purposes only.
8. Tests that are not conducted due to patient or clinical factors are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
9. No partial redemption, refund, or price adjustment will be provided if the complimentary test is not utilised.
