1. This campaign is organised and managed by Beacon Health Screening Centre (also named as ‘the Organiser’) and runs from 2 November - 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
2. Package redemption period is from 2 November 2026 to 31 January 2027 (both dates inclusive). Any package not redeemed within this validity period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. The complimentary Bluetooth speakers are only applicable to the purchase of our Year End Sale's Package within the offer period.
   
   Note: The Bluetooth speaker colours are subject to stock availability and will be randomly assigned.
   
   
4. Free gifts are strictly tied to the specific promotion purchased and are non-transferable to previous or future campaigns. Any requests outside the applicable campaign period will not be entertained.
5. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
6. Official receipt will be issued upon completion of screening. Requests for an earlier issue of the official receipt will not be entertained.
7. The New Subscriber Reward voucher cannot be used in conjunction with this campaign or to purchase any eligible package under this campaign.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate the campaign, or revise these Terms and Conditions, where necessary, without prior notice.
