The package redemption period is from 1 July - 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
- The complimentary Vitamin D test is only valid for:
- Complimentary tests are strictly tied to the specific promotion purchased and are non-transferable to previous or future campaigns. Any requests outside the applicable campaign period will not be entertained.

Any package not redeemed within this validity period is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
- Official receipt will be issued upon completion of screening. Requests for an earlier issue of the official receipt will not be entertained.
- The organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
