4. Free gifts are strictly tied to the specific promotion purchased and are non-transferable to previous or future campaigns. Any requests outside the applicable campaign period will not be entertained.
5. Package redemption period is from 1 April - 31 April 2026, both dates inclusive. Any package not redeemed within this validity period is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be verified and paid at the counter before screening.
7. Official receipt will be issued upon completion of screening. Requests for an earlier issue of the official receipt will not be entertained.
