Prostate & Urinary Health: A Man’s Guide to Staying Well
Your health matters, especially in areas that many men tend to overlook.👨🏻🦰
⚠️Prostate and urinary health are key to your overall well-being, energy levels, and everyday comfort. Whether you're in your 30s or 60s, it’s never too early or too late to take control.
As men age, prostate conditions like Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), prostatitis, and prostate cancer become increasingly common. At the same time, urinary issues such as incontinence or bladder discomfort can interfere with sleep, work, and quality of life. 😫
Stay proactive. Speak with your doctor about routine PSA tests, prostate ultrasounds, and urinary assessments—especially if you're over 40 or have a family history of related conditions.🩺🩸
