- This promotion is organised and managed by Beacon Health Screening Centre (also named as ‘the Organiser’) and will run from 6 September 2022 till 2 October 2022, both dates inclusive.
- Package redemption must only be made for appointments between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays within the redemption period.
- Package redemption has to be made within TWO (2) weeks from the purchase date. Any purchased packages not redeemed within this stated validity period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- This promotion is limited to only 150 customers on a first-come, first-served basis within the promotion period, while stocks last.
- This promotion is valid only for online purchases.
